
LESSON 2: EMOTIONAL HEALTH
Emotional health is pivotal to our wellbeing and to achieve success in all aspect of our lives, whether it be spiritual alignment, mental and physical health, relationship commitment or financial prosperity. The sad truth is, it often does not get the attention and care it needs to properly develop and flourish. Many of us struggle with emotional discomfort not because of our current encounter or daily occurrence but because of triggers of the past. In essence it is easy to be held captive by past trauma.
Traumas maybe perceived as always severe, so the mild ones many times go unnoticed. But as it is said, silent river runs deep. Often times than not, it is the small occurrences that goes unattended accumulate overtime to form major emotional traps in our bodies. The ones that shift our moods and influence how we perceive life events.
Emotional trap can cause unease which can become chronic over time. Putting unnecessary pressure on the mind and body, creating internal misalignment or disrupting the inner flow.
